An invitation to you and your canine pet to help in your community as a Therapy Dog/Handler Volunteer. Through visiting our
elders in assisted living facilities, helping children who are struggling with their reading skills, or supporting other charitable
organizations, our Therapy Dogs do it all with joy and excitment.
Our Mission
Our mission is to place dogs in peoples lives in order to expand, enhance, and educate, while continuing to explore new directions
for canine assistance.
Becoming a Member
All our Therapy Dog/Handler Teams must be registered with a national therapy dog organization. We are Tester/Observers
for Therapy Dogs Incorporated. We have classes, do the testing and observed visits, and make recommendations to T.D.Inc.,
but they alone make the decision to register a dog/handler team. We have additional workshops for members who wish to participate
in specific programs. For example: We have a reading workshop for Therapy Dog/Handler Teams wishing to work with children
in school who are having reading problems.
